The Christian Initial Teacher Education (CITE) Alliance is made up of six Christian schools; Chairo Christian School, Crest Education, Donvale Christian College, Flinders Christian Community College, Maranatha  Christian School, and Waverley Christian College, in partnership with two Christian tertiary providers; Eastern College Australia, and Christian Heritage College, who are accredited for Mutual Recognition with other state’s Teacher Registration Boards and the Australian Government's Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).

We are delighted to announce that Ballarat Christian College has joined CITE Alliance Victoria as an Associate member for 2027!

It was wonderful to meet with Principal Ken Nuridin, Business Manager Simon Edwards, and Head of Secondary Scott Mackenzie to celebrate this new partnership.

Ballarat Christian College will welcome one Trainee commencing with CITE in 2027 — Keaghan, who is pursuing a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) online through Christian Heritage College. We are eager to see Keaghan formed and supported as he trains for his calling and career as a Christian educator.

Additional Tertiary Provider and Early Childhood Education training pathway now available!

If you are interested in training to become an Early Childhood Educator to work in a Christian Early Learning Centre within any of our CITE Alliance member schools, you can now pursue this pathway through CITE via our newest partnership with Christian Tertiary Provider, Alphacrusis University College.

As part of the CITE program, you would work as a Trainee educator for two days per week, study online, and participate in the Insight Professional Learning sessions as part of the CITE community.
